This sapphire monocrystal is composed of\u00a099.999% pure Aluminum Oxide (Al2O3)<\/strong>, ensuring minimal impurities and defects. The\u00a0KY method<\/strong>\u00a0of growth allows for larger crystal sizes and improved uniformity, making it suitable for high-performance applications.\u00a0Sapphire \"\"ingots are typically used as raw materials for further processing. These sapphire rods and sapphire ingots are uniformly shaped, usually as cylinders. The most sapphire crystal grows in A-axis, and the most widely used sapphire substrate in the LED market is its C-plane (0001).
